Chevy's new EV, the Bolt (yes the Bolt, not the Volt) has arrived, but it appears as though no one cares. Sales remain weak, and the factory experienced an extended shutdown due to over-stocked inventories. So here's my take on the 2017 Chevrolet Bolt and why almost no one has bought one.
